I know what a daunting experience it can be when buying a horse unseen from someone you have never met but Dawn made this process really easy for me. She knew I was nervous after having a bad experience importing a friesian. I felt so confident of her knowledge with the breed and her quick and thorough responses to my many questions that I just felt like I was in safe hands the whole time. I began to wonder if she ever took any time off because there were quite a few occasions where we would be chatting into the night….that’s dedication and it showed. She guided me through the suitable horses with pictures, videos and history until we found Khan V. Something about that boy just connected and now I own the most beautiful, well mannered, gentle stallion ever and I can still hardly believe it. She organised the vetting, the lorry and the paperwork and basically took the pain out of all the boring bits so I could get ready for my new best buddy to arrive. He was here within a couple of weeks and I’m loving every minute of it. Just as described….only better.
