I am so happy with my horse Ceylan del Hierro! I bought it on a video basis because I couldn’t travel to Spain myself. I received excellent guidance in this by Dawn West of Andalusianhorsedirect.com. She maintained contact with the seller and answered all my questions throughout the entire process, including after arriving in the Netherlands. Veterinary inspection and transport were also arranged. After purchase, Ceylan was being ridden for a couple of weeks until he could come to the Netherlands. It is exactly what I expected in terms of both character and rideability. Just after arrival he showed a lot of stallion behaviour. Dawn was also able to help me with this and after more than a week Ceylan was settled. I am very satisfied and am still in touch with Dawn about Ceylan, she stays interested in his progression here.
