I have never come across such exemplary customer service in my life before!
I think Dawn’s secret is that she loves what she does and it shows!
This was me buying my first horse….. on the internet, unridden and unseen. My stress levels should have been through the roof, but I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience! …..(ok maybe not the little bit of form filling but Dawn was so patient and supportive and dealt with any admin she possibly could at her end!)
As for the horse I bought (Alondra)……. I have to pinch myself!……she is so beautiful inside and out….I am so proud of her! I really don’t think this lovely animal would have ever come onto the open market in the UK!
