Galeón offers expressive, ground-covering gaits with natural cadence, elasticity and nice freedom of the shoulder. On his dam’s side, he descends almost entirely from Escalera bloodlines, renowned for producing elegant, athletic and highly rideable PRE horses.
His paternal grandsire, Pastelero VII, is one of the most distinguished PRE stallions of recent decades. Bred by Yeguada Piñero, he holds both Elite and Calificado status and has sired well over one hundred registered offspring. Internationally recognized for passing on exceptional quality and talent for classical dressage, Pastelero VII has become one of the breed’s most influential sires.
