I am currently in the process of buying my ‘dream horse’, Poseidon. Here is my experience, so far.
After trying to find a horse myself in the UK with no luck and encountering numerous shady characters, I was recommended Dawn, amongst others, by a member of the BAPSH Facebook group.
Dawn responded very quickly to my mail enquiry and straight away I felt a connection with her, she was professional but at the same time friendly, and I could tell that nothing was too much trouble so felt able to ask questions without feeling I was being a nuisance.
I saw a horse on her website, viewing pictures and up to date videos of him and said he was ‘the one’. I had a budget and Dawn worked very very hard to secure his purchase for me at a price I could afford. My dream horse. She was reassuring when I had a little wobble, buying a horse is worrying at the best of times but buying overseas too could have made me go grey prematurely.
No worries of that. Dawn keeps in daily contact with me and my new horse, ‘Posiedon’ passed his vetting with flying colours. Dawn has dealt with everythng, ensuring he is fit to go upon his arrival in the UK, vaccinations and teeth, etc, up to date, all required documentation submitted, travel booked and the icing on the cake, even arranged for his delivery to my yard for me. She has sent me a detailed care sheet to ensure he settles as quickly as possible and is happy and content.
Dawn makes me feel like I am the most important person ever and her number one priority. I just can’t convey that feeling, it is priceless.
I am so looking forward to seeing my boy on Monday, 31st March 2013 and hope to see Dawn too.
She has made the process of buying my horse stress free and ensured my new life partner and I are truly suited. I have no concerns or worries that we will not be suitable and am so looking forward to getting him ‘home’.
Dawn’s care of her customers extends past the completion of sale. It is her ethos to be there if she is needed and I have no doubt she will be there for me, you and all her customers if they have any worries or concerns.
