Conditions of Purchase

It is company policy that we do not give refunds on livestock we are an agency that facilitates the sale between the buyer and the owner all purchases are provided with a sales contract, this gives all rights to the buyer at the time of signature and payment, all purchases made from pictures and videos without viewing buyers do so at their own risk, we endeavour to provide accurate information and descriptions to the best of our knowledge of all the horses offered for sale on this site in Spain and UK but accept no responsibility once the horse/s has/have arrived in the destination country.

Horses viewed in person on a trip to Spain are purchased on a sold as seen basis.

Horses purchased in UK that have been viewed and tried in person are sold as seen.

Vettings are optional to the buyers and we strongly advise any buyer to have a 5 stage vetting carried out at the time of purchase reputable equine vets licensed can be recommended on request.

Trips to Spain to View Horses

It is company policy that a deposit in Euros is payable in advance or on arrival of the organized trip to Spain for viewings of suitable horses please see the purchase process for daily prices for this service, this is to cover expenses such as fuel, driver time and airport transfers any horses outside of the Malaga province on the viewers list expenses will be charged separate according to mileage and time a price will be given at the time of booking.
